As each item is carefully handmade, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery (based on tracking), including photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments, we will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.
